Obtain a Copy of Your Deed

A certified copy of your deed may be obtained from the Registry of Deeds Customer Service Center at 649 High Street in Dedham, Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 4:30PM. The cost for a copy of a deed is $1.00 per page. If you cannot come to the Registry, you can send a request by mail to: Norfolk County Registry of Deeds Copy of Deed Request 649 High Street Dedham, MA 02026. The cost by mail is $2.00 for the first page, $1.00 for each additional page. People who would like to view their deed can search in our Online Research section.
