E-Filing Information

ELECTRONIC RECORDING The Registry is now accepting electronic filing of documents. We have partnered with Simplifile to make e-filing secure and efficient. We accept all documents for e-file that may be recorded in the Registry, but e-filing is not available for filings in Land Court. By enrolling in our e-file program you will be able to file original documents with the Registry of Deeds without leaving your office.
