ELECTRONIC RECORDING
The Registry is now accepting electronic filing of documents. We have partnered with both Simplifile and ePN (erecording Partners Network) to make e-filing secure and efficient. By enrolling in our e-file program you will be able to file original documents with the Registry of Deeds without leaving your office. We accept all documents for e-file that may be recorded in the Registry or in the Land Court. Please note that documents that are required to be filed under both recorded land and registered land are not accepted electronically.
Please click
here https://simplifile.com/eRecording/get-started.jsp to connect with Simplifile in order to get started. There is an E-File submitter Agreement on their website that needs to be filled out and mailed to the Registry before you can begin e-filing.
Your other option is to contact ePN (erecording Partners Network). Please click here
https://www.goepn.com/ to connect with ePN to get started. We require an E-File Submitter Agreement be filled out and forwarded to ePN who will in turn forward the signed agreement to us before you can begin e-filing.
For those real estate professionals who are already E-File subscribers, please review the attached document -
E-File Guide - to help ensure your documents will be electronically recorded in a timely manner.
