The Registry is now accepting electronic filing of documents. We have partnered with Simplifile to make e-filing secure and efficient. We accept all documents for e-file that may be recorded in the Registry, but e-filing is not available for filings in Land Court. By enrolling in our e-file program you will be able to file original documents with the Registry of Deeds without leaving your office.
Please click here https://simplifile.com/eRecording/get-started.jsp
to connect with Simplifile in order to get started. There is an E-File submitter Agreement on their website that needs to be filled out and mailed to the Registry before you can begin e-filing.
For those real estate professionals who are already E-File subscribers, please review the attached document - E-File Guide
- to help ensure your documents will be electronically recorded in a timely manner.
