Real estate activity in Millis, MA during the 1st quarter of 2015 saw increases in both total real estate sales volume and borrowing.


There was an 11% increase in total land documents recorded at the Norfolk County Registry of Deeds from the town of Millis during the 1st quarter of 2015. 311 land documents were recorded versus 280 during the 1st quarter of 2014.
