These numbers were significantly impacted by the $205 million sale of Westwood Station property in August, 2016. This particular transaction included the sale of property located in both Canton and Westwood.
The number of mortgages recorded (283) on Canton properties during the 3rd quarter 2017 was down 24% compared to the previous year. Also, total mortgage indebtedness decreased 39% to $106,928,152 during the same period.
