Register of Deeds William P. O’Donnell is warning residents about increasing reports of deed scam solicitations being made to Norfolk County residents.
These reported deed scams target not only recent home buyers but others involved in real estate transactions across the county.
To report suspicious third party solicitations regarding your property or any real estate transaction, please contact the Registry of Deeds Customer Service Center by phone at (781) 461-6101 or via email at [email protected].
