Register O’Donnell spoke to Dedham Historical Society and Museum members on Thursday, 2/28/19. The Register provided an overview of Registry operations and spoke about the rich history of Dedham and Norfolk County. An outstanding group dedicated to preserving the great history of Dedham. Norfolk County Registry of Deeds Collaborates with Dedham Historical Society & Museum

Norfolk County Registry of Deeds is collaborating with the Dedham Historical Society & Museum on the Society’s Presidential Exhibit which will be displayed at the Society Museum, 612 High Street, Dedham, MA starting Monday, 2/18/19. The Registry provided storyboards of the four United States Presidents who were born in Norfolk County and also lent copies of historical documents of interest. Register O’Donnell Sworn In As Assistant Recorder of Land Court

In order to execute a critical part of his official duties as Norfolk County Register of Deeds, William P. O’Donnell was recently sworn in as the county’s Assistant Recorder of the Land Court by Chief Justice Gordon Piper of the Massachusetts Land Court.

Register O’Donnell Outreaches to Canton Veterans Services Group

Norfolk County Register of Deeds William P. O’Donnell spoke on Thursday, February 7th to area veterans at the monthly Canton Veterans Services group meeting held at the Senior Center. At the conclusion of the Register’s prepared remarks, Registry staff was made available to answer questions and provide copies of deeds, Homesteads and other land documents.

Continuing his efforts to combat consumer fraud, Norfolk County Register of Deeds William P. O’Donnell is once again advising county residents to disregard a direct-mail solicitation offering them a certified copy of their property deed for an outrageous fee of anywhere from $59.50-$86.00.

Continuing his efforts of bringing the Registry of Deeds directly to the citizens of Norfolk County, Register of Deeds William P. O’Donnell appeared November 7th as guest speaker at the Foxborough Senior Center. O’Donnell gave an overview of the Registry, the principal office for providing real property information in Norfolk County.

Register of Deeds William P. O’Donnell today reminded Norfolk County residents that you don’t have to spend time and money driving to the Registry to view land records since they are available online via the Registry’s internet-based document research system at www.norfolkdeeds.org.
