These figures were impacted by a $15 million commercial real estate transaction that was recorded on 3/4/15.
The number of mortgages recorded (316) on Franklin properties during the 1st quarter 2016 was down 3% from the previous year. Total mortgage indebtedness also decreased by 33% to $77,349,229 during the same period.
